We will book a delivery appointment (flight) as soon as we receive the complete payment and send you an email itinerary of all of the times, flights, schedules, tracking AWB & pick up details. The day of your puppy’s journey, the delivery agency will pick him up from our breeding facility and prepare him for delivery before transporting him to the airport. Once all of the paperwork is filled out and your puppy is checked in at the airport, you will receive an email and phone call from the delivery agency with full flight details. During the day of the flight, we will continually update you step-by-step on the progress of the flight until your puppy arrives safely at your doorstep.
If you live non-locally, there are two easy and convenient ways to receive your new puppy: Standard Puppy Shipping or Personal Puppy Hand Delivery. Standard Puppy Shipping If you live in the UK, US, Canada or Mexico we can ship your puppy to most major airports. The fee is $500.00 (per puppy) in addition to the purchase. This fee includes air flight, travelling crate, and vet-issued health certificate and is not refundable under any circumstances.
You can also use the tracking number which we will send to you after the flight confirmation to track the progress of your puppy’s flight from the website of the delivery agency. Our puppies normally ship out early in the morning and they are delivered later on that same day or the next day in the morning if we put him on an early flight.
Note: Do not give your new puppy any vaccines within the first 14 days of arrival. Your new puppy is all up to date on shots before leaving our home and will not need a vaccine for at least weeks. Many Vets will attempt to issue a vaccine so that they can make additional money. Do not get any vaccine on your first Vet visit as the puppy will need time to adjust and you do not need any additional stress on him/her !!! Nevertheless, when you receive your puppy, the first thing that you need to do is to take the dog to a licensed vet within the first 7 days to make sure he is in good health, else our refunds policy will not apply.

FLYING YOUR PUPPY

The most common concern we get is the safety of your puppy’s travel. We do everything in our power and know-how to create a safe and reassuring experience for both puppies and their owners. We book each flight carefully choosing the shortest possible route between our kennel and your puppy’s newest home. We keep flight time to a minimum of only a few hours. In accordance with the airline’s guidelines, your puppy is required to have a vet-issued health certificate, which we obtain for you when you pay the shipping fee. Every traveling crate is made to fit your puppy comfortably. Your puppy will not have to slouch or be put in a funny position while it flies. We make sure our puppies are very comfortable and have everything needed during the flight such as food stuffs, playing toys, bowls, settling in blanket which will have siblings scent on it, playing toys, brush and a care Manual book which will really help you out with the type of food they eat and other useful information. Also, note that the puppy will be traveling alongside one of our team members during the flight so the puppy is not traveling alone. We try to do our very best to give the puppy a very safe and comfortable flight home!

HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY POM PUPPY?

Given the puppy is at least 8 weeks of age or older and has the right medical documents required for shipment, we normally deliver within 2 days.
Note: We require at least 2 hours to purchase the airline ticket. That is the only way to get good air fares, so please be patient and we will do the best we can to get your puppy to you as fast as we can.
All puppies are flown in the pet conducive part of the aircraft which is a safe temperature controlled environment, playing toys, bowls, settling in a blanket which will have siblings scent on it, brush and a care Manual book which will really help you out with the type of food they eat and other useful information. The puppy will be traveling alongside with the delivery agent/nanny during the flight so the puppy is not traveling alone. We try to do our very best to give the puppy a very safe and comfortable flight…
Note: Any kenneling fees owed because of flight cancellations will be the responsibility of the individual who receives the puppy.
